Meet the Maker
Hey there! I'm a wife and mother of two amazing adult children. Crafting has become my ultimate passion and a great way for me to destress. I dedicate myself to helping others through my full-time role as a case manager in the criminal justice field, and by volunteering for mission trips. I My hobby is crafting, especially paper crafting and scrapbooking. In 2019, my husband and I became empty nesters, and that's when I discovered my talent for creating epoxy tumblers. When I shared my creations on Facebook, the response was overwhelming, and I started receiving custom orders right away. Since then, my hobby business has been thriving, and I keep expanding my product line. I personally craft each item in my home and take pride in using top-quality materials and supporting small businesses in the United States. How it’s Made
Badge reels:
The badge reel starts with an acrylic shape and is finished on one side in glitter and the other side with a colorful design. Both sides are sealed in UV resin. Toppers are then adhered to a retractable badge reel base. Coordinating bubblegum beads are added to the retractable cord. The finished product is a beautiful badge reel that will add character and flair to any work attire. Whether working in the medical field, education field, or other office or work environment, this name badge will display a name badge in style.
All products in my shop are hand-crafted by myself in my home. I do not use sublimation. Wraps, decals, personalization, etc., used are either cut from vinyl or are waterslide. I strive to support other small businesses located in the USA to purchase materials and downloadable graphics. UV Resin

Shop Policies
All items in my shop are custom-made by hand. Most are made to order; however, some are completed and ready to ship.
Once your payment is confirmed, work on your order will begin. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
During the busy season (October-December), tumbler processing times may increase up to 4 weeks.
Here is a guide on estimated delivery times for our products, from purchase to shipment:
Epoxy tumblers & drinkware: 2 - 3 weeks
Glitter pens: 2 weeks
Name/ID Badge Reels & Lanyards: 2 - 3 days
Key Chains/Bag Tags: 2 - 3 days
Ready to Ship (as is): 2 - 3 days
I will contact you during the process of creating custom products to verify personalization details. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return.
Shipping & Delivery
Local delivery/pick-up is free in Steuben County, Indiana. Shipping to other locations is available at an extra cost.
Free shipping on orders totaling $125.00 or more.
Product Care & Handling Instructions
Tumblers, mugs, can coolers, cups:
1. Hand Wash Only. Do Not Soak For Long Periods of Time.
2. Not Dishwasher Safe.
3. Not Microwave Safe.
4. Do Not Drop.
Cups may be used for hot or cold drinks. The double-walled construction insulates to maintain temperature.
Key Chains/Bag Tags & Badge Reels
Warning: Not suitable for children under three years of age. Contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please inform me immediately. I will evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right for you.
In case of items damaged during shipping, you have the option to return or replace them. Please note that you must contact me within 2 days of receiving the damaged item for the return or replacement to be considered.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a return. To request a return, you must have a valid reason. Only items that are in a condition to be sold "as is" may be eligible for return. Custom-made and personalized items may not be eligible for return.
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and still in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
