Shop Policies

All items in my shop are custom-made by hand. Some items are completed and ready to ship.

Once your payment is confirmed, we'll begin processing your order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

During the busy season (October-December), tumbler processing times may increase up to 4 weeks.

Here is a guide on estimated delivery times for our products, from purchase to shipment:

  • Epoxy tumblers & drinkware: 2 - 3 weeks

  • Glitter pens: 2 weeks

  • Name/ID Badge Reels & Lanyards: 2 - 3 days

  • Key Chains/Bag Tags: 2 - 3 days

  • Ready to Ship (as is): 2 - 3 days

I will contact you during the process of creating custom products to verify personalization details. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return.


Shipping & Delivery

Local delivery/pick-up is free in Steuben County, Indiana. Shipping to other locations is available at an extra cost.


Product Care & Handling Instructions

Tumblers, mugs, can coolers, cups:

1. Hand Wash Only.  Do Not Soak For Long Periods of Time.

2. Not Dishwasher Safe.

3. Not Microwave Safe.

4. Do Not Drop.

Cups may be used for hot or cold drinks. The double-walled construction insulates to maintain temperature.

Key Chains/Bag Tags & Badge Reels

Warning: Not suitable for children under three years of age. Contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please inform me immediately. I will evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right for you.

In case of items damaged during shipping, you have the option to return or replace them. Please note that you must contact me within 2 days of receiving the damaged item for the return or replacement to be considered.


Returns

After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a return. To request a return, you must have a valid reason. Only items that are in a condition to be sold "as is" may be eligible for return. Custom-made and personalized items may not be eligible for return.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and still in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return an item, please request a return shipping label and follow the instructions provided. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.
