Meet the Maker
Hey there! I'm Aimee, the creator behind Aimee’s Craft Addiction. I've always loved crafting and creating, whether it's scrapbooking, card making, or fun DIY crafts with my kids when they were younger. A few years back, I received my first cup turner as a gift, and that's when my love for making custom tumblers began. It's become my go-to stress reliever and a way to take my mind off things. I started sharing my tumbler creations on Facebook, and soon enough, people were asking me to make tumblers for them. My husband wondered just how many glitter tumblers I needed; so, with his encouragement, I decided to start selling some of my creations.
People often ask me about the name of my shop. Besides making custom tumblers, I've spent about 34 years working in the criminal justice field. Crafting is my way to relax after a tough day. One definition of addiction is "to engage in activities or behaviors that provide a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and well-being without detrimental effects." My crafting really seems to fit this definition quite well. I also want my shop to reflect my faith and belief in the sharing of encouragement, care and love with other people; and, use this verse as motivation: Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
All the products in my shop are handmade by me. I love creating unique and personalized items using waterslide wraps, UV DTF or white cast decals, and/or high-quality vinyl. It's very important to me to support other USA-based small businesses by purchasing materials and supplies from them. Shop Policies
All items in my shop are custom-made by hand. Most are made to order; however, some are completed and ready to ship.
Once your payment is confirmed, work on your order will begin. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
During the busy season (October-December), tumbler processing times may increase up to 4 weeks.
Here is a guide on estimated delivery times for our products, from purchase to shipment:
Epoxy tumblers & drinkware: 14 days
Glitter pens: 7-10 days
Name/ID Badge Reels & Lanyards: 7-10 days
Key Chains/Bag Tags: 7-10 days
Ready to Ship (as is): 2 - 3 days
I will contact you during the process of creating custom products to verify personalization details. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

Local delivery/pick-up is free in Steuben County, Indiana.
Shipping to other locations is available at an extra cost.
$1 - $59 total = $8.00 shipping
$60- $99 total = $15.00 shipping
$100-124 total = $20.00 shipping
Free shipping on orders totaling $125.00 or more.
Product Care & Handling Instructions
Tumblers, mugs, can coolers, cups:
1. Hand Wash Only. Do Not Soak For Long Periods of Time.
2. Not Dishwasher Safe.
3. Not Microwave Safe.
4. Do Not Drop.
Cups may be used for hot or cold drinks. The double-walled construction insulates to maintain temperature.

Warning: Not suitable for children under three years of age. Contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
Damaged Items
Please take a look at your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defect or damage or receive the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible. I will evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right for you. In case of items damaged during shipping, you have the option to return or replace them. Please note that you must contact me within 2 days of receiving the damaged item for the return or replacement to be considered.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a return. To request a return, you must have a valid reason. Only items that are sold "as is" may be eligible for return. Custom-made and personalized items may not be eligible for return.
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and still in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
